How do I contact your support team?


We're here for you Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm MST, by contacting our Store Support team at 1-833-988-3557.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Our facility takes 1 to 2 days to process and from there, please allow 3-10 business days to receive your shipment. Most products are sent 2-3 Day Priority mail; sauna and weighted blankets may take 5-10 business days; and diffusers may take 5-10 business days or a bit longer depending on stock.
After your order processes, you will receive an order confirmation and also a tracking number. While most orders ship sooner than that, and we do our best to get your order processed and out the door as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

The moment we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking number and link so you can follow all tracking updates.
Note: Please know that tracking sometimes takes 1-3 business days to update and this does not mean that your order is stuck in a different city. Instead, our shipping carriers will update the tracking at each new location including your city.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we can. Please choose what shipping method. You will be responsible for any taxes or duties upon arrival in your country.
Please also email us a copy of your photo ID showing shipping address, and use it to cover the first 3 sets of 4 digits on the credit card used to purchase, showing the last 4 digits and the name on the credit card.
We just need this information for our payment processor for out of country orders. Thank you!

What if my package is damaged or missing?

If your order was damaged in transit or an incorrect item arrived, email us at support@zenofsleep.com or give us a call at 1-833-988-3557 Monday through Friday 10 - 6pm MST and we'll be happy to help!

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free standard ground shipping for all orders over $50. To meet the $50 minimum, your cart total must be $50 after discounts.

What is your return policy?

How do I return my order?

How long does a refund take to process?

You will be automatically refunded back to the card used to purchase the items once it arrives back in our warehouse and is processed (approx. 2-3 business days).

Payment & Privacy

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Use whichever method you're most comfortable with.

Is your website secure?

We take our customers security very seriously. Our website is 100% secure and we follow the same security procedures as all of the big name stores. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption.
You can rest assured knowing that we never save payment information from previous orders, nor will we share your information with third parties.

Discounts & Promotions

I forgot to add a promo code or referral credit. What should I do?

No worries! We're happy to help you with your order.
To get started, please have your order number handy (and your friend's email address if you'd like to apply a referral credit), and contact our Customer Experience team by calling 1-833-988-3557.
As a friendly heads-up, we're only able to apply one promotion or referral credit per order.

How do I apply a discount code?

Once you’ve clicked on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click "CHECKOUT." Enter your code in the field marked "Gift Card or Discount Code" on the right side of your screen. Click "APPLY" and your discount will be deducted from the total.
If you're shopping on your mobile device, you will enter the coupon code on the same screen that you enter your payment method.

Why isn't my discount code working?

There are a couple of different reasons your discount code may not be working.
- Are you trying to use more than one discount code? Only one discount code can be used at a time.
- Are you meeting all of the requirements for the promotion? All of the products added that need to be added? Is there a minimum purchase required? Is it only for a specific product? If you continue to have issues, please contact us with screenshots of your cart and error message so we can help troubleshoot.
